White wine made from the Muscat de Frontignan variety. It is the winery’s white wine par excellence; surprisingly aromatic and sweet-toothed in the mouth.

The vineyard

Organic vineyards from 2016, are oriented south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils, with a sandy-loam texture, shallow with low organic matter content.

Tasting notes

Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish flashes.
Aroma: fruity notes like grape, vineyard peach, lychee, and floral notes of jasmine, orange flower and rose.

Pairing

It goes well with white fish, seafood, Asian cuisine and appetizers.
Suitable with cow’s cheese.

Vi blanc elaborat a partir de la varietat Muscat de Frontignan. És el vi blanc del celler per excel·lència; resultant sorprenentment aromàtic i llaminer en boca.

la vinya

Vinyes ecològiques des 2016, estan orientades a sud, cap al Mar Mediterrani, sobre sòls calcaris, de textura franc-sorrenca, poc profunds amb baix contingut en matèria orgànica.

Notes de tast

Color: groc pàl·lid brillant amb reflexes verdosos.
Aroma: notes fruiters com raïm, préssec de vinya, litxi, i notes florals de gessamí, flor de taronja i rosa.

maridatge

Acompanya bé peix blanc, marisc, cuina asiàtica i per aperitius.
Adequat amb el formatge de vaca.
