The vineyard

Organic vineyards from 2013, are oriented south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils, with a sandy-loam texture, shallow with low organic matter content.

Tasting notes

Color: yellow with bright orange tones.
Aroma: Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, fennel and thyme. Fruity and fresh notes of green apple and mineral notes such as salt and iodine, typical of the characteristics of our farm.

Pairing

It goes well with types of seafood such as oysters and red shrimp.
Suitable with lightly cured cheeses.

la vinya

Vinyes ecològiques des de 2013, estan orientades a sud, cap al Mar Mediterrani, sobre sòls calcaris, de textura franc-sorrenca, poc profunds amb baix contingut en matèria orgànica.

Notes de tast

Color: groc amb tons ataronjats brillant.
Aroma: a herbes aromàtiques mediterrànies com el romaní, fonoll i farigola. Notes fruiters i fresques de poma verda i notes minerals com la sal i el iode, pròpies de les característiques de la nostra finca.
