It is a fresh, persistent wine, with volume and outstanding acidity.

The vineyard

Organic vineyards from 2016, they are oriented to the south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils formed by quaternary alluviums, shallow with low organic matter content.

Tasting notes

Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish flashes
Aroma: notes of white fruit such as water peach, and tropical fruits such as lychee, with a background of Mediterranean herbs of fennel and rosemary.

Pairing

Goes well with fish, rice, Asian cuisine, less hearty starters and appetizers

Vinyes ecològiques des 2016, estan orientades a sud, cap al Mar Mediterrani, sobre sòls calcaris formats per al·luvions quaternaris, poc profunds amb baix contingut en matèria orgànica.

Notes de tast

Color: groc pàl·lid brillant amb reflexes verdosos
Aroma: notes de fruita blanca com el préssec d’aigua, i fruites tropicals com el litxi, amb fons d’herbes mediterrànies de fonoll i romaní.
